MEEK MAN'S RETRIBUTION

From the edge of nowhere, I got thrown into a world so cut throat and unfair
Now people stop and stare when I swear out loud, in the jaded grip of despair
Most people wouldn’t dare venture down this path, would rather sink piss instead
Honesty is so rare, peace of mind never lasts, that’s why I’d rather be dead
Than have to tolerate all the pathetic stories that get thrown my way all day
Such is my twisted fate, no wonder I’m always weary about the shit people say
Such a bitter cynic in a world in a world so dark and twisted where nearly everyone’s sick
Shortest end of each stick when it’s about survival of the fittest, artery walls clogged, so thick
Lacking in decency, all their tricks I can always pick, false energy, sharpened tip of the fit
Losing my sanity bit by bit, lies instead of wit, no loyalty, all about the next hit

This is my life, always in strife, such a blessed fate, everything’s bright
Taken for rides without headlights, now filled with hate, turn to the knife
Unpleasant sight: the aftermath, the weak man’s fight has taken flight
Well deserved plights? Yes, carnage lasts into the night, no wrong or right?

Thickness of a cross hair is the average intellect of most people out there
Illiterates everywhere even though we hedge all bets on rule sets, not so rare
In a developed world full of fools who throw away all sense and potential
Lost boys and damaged girls who chase dead ants like it were cool and something special
Ribbons for them to twirl, such ungraceful gymnastics done by those so plastic
Entitled like an earl to die via beheading, need for extreme tactics
To wake them the fuck up, before they get eaten up by a scene so corrupt
Screws loose and missing nuts, cracked wall, no one can stand tall when stuck in a deep rut
Pick up cigarette butts when we’ve depleted all funds, standing under dead sun
Getting on is a must, don’t care if we come undone, better off if we run

This is my life, always in strife, such a blessed fate, everything’s bright
Taken for rides without headlights, now filled with hate, turn to the knife
Unpleasant sight: the aftermath, the weak man’s fight has taken flight
Well deserved plights? Yes, carnage lasts into the night, no wrong or right?

Words could never express the level of my despair when dealing with the mess
Even the best of the best start to cross over some lines when there’s no respect left
For themselves or old mates, though they don’t enjoy the wait, they mess with others’ fates
Trying to feed them bait made by a bad performance, all so boring of late
There shall soon come a day when I can stand up, be strong, tune of a different song
No longer when I lay down when everything goes wrong, had the strength all along
Do these words ring empty? Will the vultures be sorry when they’re no longer free
To walk all over me? When they simply let me be the way I want to be
They can’t take advantage of my generosity if I snap finally
Become really angry despite pleas for calm and peace, exploitation shall cease

This is my life, always in strife, such a blessed fate, everything’s bright
Taken for rides without headlights, now filled with hate, turn to the knife
Unpleasant sight: the aftermath, the weak man’s fight has taken flight
Well deserved plights? Yes, carnage lasts into the night, no wrong or right?

NEEDLE IN THE HAY

Trapped between a rock and a hard place, coming last in a fast race
Doctors talking bullshit to your face, saying Clozapine is safe
But don’t you listen to what they say, fly away to a better place
I am here to be your ace of spades, make the fuckers go away
Won’t you listen to my master plan, let’s meet halfway in dreamland
We’ll both do all that we fucking can, leave nothing to random chance
Our life choices are in our own hands, no more chemicals to enhance
Our enjoyment of life itself, banned books upon a broken shelf
Taking us one more step towards hell, with many demons to dispel
Time to listen to nature’s bell, start to be strong again as well

Needle in the hay, life’s just a game we all play
We have gone astray, time for both of us to change
When things go our way, there shall come a better day
When ourselves we face, all that’s not OK becomes OK

The path we’re on is of concern, a garden with no earthworms
Many lessons for us to learn, or else our frail minds will burn
Don’t reach the point of no return, like ashes left in an urn
From all false pleasures we must turn, if it’s freedom we do yearn
Health and happiness we deserve, upon this beautiful earth
Instead of moving in reverse, time to finally give birth
To new beginnings, start winning at all the things we’re doing
As the roulette wheel keeps spinning, raise a toast to clean living
We just have to start believing, may we both start conceiving
Of a time we don’t just give in, harness power from within

Needle in the hay, life’s just a game we all play
We have gone astray, time for both of us to change
When things go our way, there shall come a better day
When ourselves we face, all that’s not OK becomes OK

Sure there’s a high mountain to climb, a blind man leading the blind
With many obstacles in line, what a fucking waste of time
But what’s the point in getting high with the real world to deny?
All the tears you’ve ever cried from the pain you’ve felt inside
Is no excuse for doing this, temporary kind of bliss
We shall see in the clearing mist all the beauty that exists
Outside a world that’s hit and miss, time to give it all the flick
Like an insect upon your wrist, live as if you want to live
Yes, face the world without poison, fresh start in a new season
May love itself be the reason, an earthly kind of heaven

Needle in the hay, life’s just a game we all play
We have gone astray, time for both of us to change
When things go our way, there shall come a better day
When ourselves we face, all that’s not OK becomes OK

WE ARE ALL FLIES DANCING TO THE RHYTHM OF DEATH AND DESTRUCTION ON A PILE OF DOG SHIT

I hate human beings (oops I mean SCUM) so much. we are excess baggage: flies standing on a mound of shit feasting upon all it's toxic delights while killing one another over a pot of gold, a barrel of oil or a useless shiny mineral. We are well and truly FUCKED and all of us should be forced to be subjected to involuntary euthanasia! Such is the level of devolution we've undergone in the past how ever many years we have inhabited the earth. We started off as cavemen and we are still caveMEN. Only thing is that instead of clubbing one another to death, we simply drop (not so) smart bombs on another, bringing widespread destruction to innocent women and children, and in the process, liberate them. Yes liberate them from their lives. We also dump food when people are starving. The list of atrocities against nature and one another goes on and on. I am disgusted by human nature and can't believe I haven't gone out in a blaze of glory or stabbed every shithead, on my hit list, who have ever fucked with me, in the eyeball with a dirty hep C infected syringe. The only thing that has held me back is compassion I guess. Never take someone's kindness for weakness for they may one day snap and you could be on the receiving end of a calculated massacre, with all deserving fuckheads swatted out of existence like the flies that we are. Never take kindness for granted. It has both the power to heal and save lives but also to destroy them if it is exploited and taken advantage of. Even nice people snap and when they do, it happens in a gargantuan way. Just food for thought for all us cretins out there. Furthermore, we are all despicable in one way or another. Yes, as a species, our behaviour is totally and utterly disgraceful. The sooner we die out collectively, the better for the future survival of all other species on this increasingly uninhabitable earth and mother nature herself! (End of angsty rant)
